Jack Allen III started his real estate career in June 2013, following in his dad's footsteps. In his first six months of business, Jack closed over $4,000,000 in transactions as both a buyer and seller agent for residential and commercial transactions. Jack has lived in The Woodlands for all of his life, and has enjoyed watching it grow and thrive into the community that it is today.
Jack has a music education degree from the University of Houston. Prior to Real Estate, Jack worked as a high school band director for 13 years in Conroe ISD at The Woodlands and Oak Ridge High Schools. During his time in CISD, Jack has learned the district inside and out and has a vast knowledge about schools, ratings, and extra curricular activities at all of the campuses in CISD.
As a band director, Jack had many award winning groups that had the opportunity to perform at state and national conventions and festivals. His marching band performed in the 2012 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. Through an intense marketing campaign utilizing his leadership and management skills, Jack and his fundraising team raised over $400,000 in one year to help fund this trip for the band program.
Jack plays trombone in The Woodlands United Methodist Church Orchestra every Sunday for the 11:00 a.m. traditional service. Jack also serves on the Let Them Drum board of directors as the fundraising chair, and founded the LJ Allen Foundation after his son passed in 2009, raising money for the Ronald McDonald House and the March of Dimes through concerts, golf tournaments, and direct donations. The LJ Allen Foundation has proudly given away over $7000 in scholarships to high school seniors since 2010.
Jack is married to Jessica Allen and they have 4 beautiful children. Grace who is 8, Jackson who is 7, and their newborn Elisha, born in October 2018. John IV, who they call LJ, was born 3 months early in 2009 and passed away after spending 17 days in the NICU in the Texas Medical Center. Jessica is a Mary Kay Sales Director and is also the Director of Instrumental Music at The Woodlands United Methodist Church.
