Chad believes that real estate has a unique power to profoundly affect daily life. Either as a home - the most impactful structure of life - or as an investment to improve the quality of life, real estate is an immediate and constant influence. Chad’s goal is to help his clients maximize that influence for good, and to have fun doing it.

Especially adept at working with investors, Chad loves finding, analyzing and structuring deals that meet a client’s financial objectives and lifestyle. Whether it’s flipping a remodel, maximizing the cashflow of a commercial property or investing in a home, Chad understands the details, but never loses sight of the big picture.

Chad’s background is largely in real estate investment. He’s worked for large, publicly traded developers and lenders where he has conceptualized, analyzed, or financed nearly $1 billion in real estate projects, including single-family residential, multi-family, office, retail and hotel. Chad has also co-founded a product design start-up, offering an intimate understanding of growing a small business.

Having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, an MBA and a Master's degree in Land and Property Development, Chad’s educational background is as deep and thorough as his professional background.

As the bumper sticker says, Chad wasn’t born in Texas but he got here as soon as he could. Originally from Idaho, Chad and his family moved to Texas for school and it stuck. They’ve now been Texans for nearly 12 years, spending nine of them in The Woodlands. The joy of Chad’s life are his wife, Taylor, and four kids: Parker (14), Talmage (11), Cannon (9) and Chase (7). You can find him next to them at baseball games, track meets, tennis lessons, in line for Costco pizza, planning camping trips that never happen, eating low-sodium sunflower seeds, air-drumming with the Dave Mathews Band and doing the dishes every couple of hours.
