Jack Allen has been selling real estate in The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Magnolia, Kingwood and North Houston since 1983 and has helped over 1,000 families sell or purchase properties during the past 30 years.

Jack is originally from northwest Indiana. Jack attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where he received a B.S. degree in Marketing. Jack has over 40 years experience in sales, marketing, and financial management. Prior to a career in real estate Jack was a Regional Sales Manager for a capital equipment manufacturer and leasing company.

Jack has earned a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation awarded by the Residential Sales Council of the National Association of Realtors in 1993. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Less than 4% of all Realtors have earned this national designation.

Jack has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors who meets the specified educational and practical experience criteria representing buyers.

Jack is a certified Internet professional Realtor (e-PRO) that has completed a rigorous certification program endorsed by the National Association Of Realtors.  The e-PRO real estate designation assures you that you are working with a certified real estate professional who provides both buyers and sellers with high quality, timely information using the resources of the Internet.  Less than 1% of all Realtors have earned this national designation.

Jack served as the 1989 President of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors. Jack is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, and has received numerous "Top Producer" awards over the past 30 years in the real estate industry. Jack professionally represents both Buyers and Sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Jack is married to Audrey Allen. They have been Woodlands residents since 1980 and have raised their three children in The Woodlands.  Their oldest son is a Realtor at Allen Interests Inc., their daughter is an elementary school principal, and their youngest son is in the restaurant business. Audrey and Jack have been blessed with five grandchildren. With their family they enjoy snow skiing, baseball, football, golf, school and community activities.

Jack Allen III started his real estate career in June 2013, following in his dad's footsteps.  In his first six months of business, Jack closed over $4,000,000 in transactions as both a buyer and seller agent for residential and commercial transactions.  Jack has lived in The Woodlands for all of his life, and has enjoyed watching it grow and thrive into the community that it is today.  

Jack has a music education degree from the University of Houston.  Prior to Real Estate, Jack worked as a high school band director for 13 years in Conroe ISD at The Woodlands and Oak Ridge High Schools.  During his time in CISD, Jack has learned the district inside and out and has a vast knowledge about schools, ratings, and extra curricular activities at all of the campuses in CISD.  

As a band director, Jack had many award winning groups that had the opportunity to perform at state and national conventions and festivals.  His marching band performed in the 2012 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.  Through an intense marketing campaign utilizing his leadership and management skills, Jack and his fundraising team raised over $400,000 in one year to help fund this trip for the band program.  

Jack plays trombone in The Woodlands United Methodist Church Orchestra every Sunday for the 11:00 a.m. traditional service.  Jack also serves on the Let Them Drum board of directors as the fundraising chair, and founded the LJ Allen Foundation after his son passed in 2009, raising money for the Ronald McDonald House and the March of Dimes through concerts, golf tournaments, and direct donations.  The LJ Allen Foundation has proudly given away over $7000 in scholarships to high school seniors since 2010.

Jack is married to Jessica Allen and they have 3 beautiful children.  Grace is 4 and is an avid ballerina.  Jackson is 2 and is currently in cowboy training.  John IV, LJ, was born 3 months early in 2009 and passed away after spending 17 days in the NICU in the Texas Medical Center.  Jessica is a Mary Kay Sales Director and is also the Director of Instrumental Music at The Woodlands United Methodist Church.
